I REALLY dislike bottled Tartar Sauce from the grocery store .... but loved the one from my favorite seafood restaurant!! So, I put my "taste buds" to work and came up with this recipe. I always serve this along with my fried shrimp, crawfish, crab cakes, and MY FAVORITE ... fried catfish!!!

I've also used this as a spread on fish and seafood sandwiches!!
