- 1/2 cup hellmann's real mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped, drained sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 sticks chopped parsley
- 4 to 6 - tilapia
How To Make sun-dried tomato-crusted tilapia fillets

Step 1Preheat oven to 400°. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil or spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

Step 2In small bowl, combine all ingredients except fillets. On prepared baking sheet, arrange fillets; evenly top with mayonnaise mixture.

Step 3Bake 10 minutes. Set oven to broil, then broil fillets until tops are golden and fish flakes with fork.
