1 cheavy cream

3/4 cshredded Parmesan cheese

1/2 csun-dried tomatoes, drained

How To Make sun-dried tomato cream salmon

1Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Add oil to a large saucepan and cook the salmon 5 minutes on each side. Remove the salmon to a plate.

2Add the butter to the same skillet. Whisk in the flour. Cook 2 minutes.

3Add the stock and heavy cream. Cook until thickened.

4Then add the sun-dried tomatoes and cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted.

5Add the salmon back into the pan and cook 3 to 4 more minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

6Serve garnished with basil.
