Ingredients
- 16 ounces imitation crabmeat
- 2 - celery ribs
- 3 tablespoons red onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make summer seafood salad

Step 1Separate imitation crab meat and cut into chunks. Place in large mixing bowl.

Step 2Slice celery diagonally, about 1/8 inch thick. Finely chop red onion and add to bowl

Step 3Add mayonnaise, salt & pepper and mix well. Cover and chill thoroughly. Serve with lettuce and tomato, or in a pita pocket.

Step 4You may also add 1 cup of cooked, cooled penne pasta to extend the dish. Mayonnaise may have to be increased by about 2 tbs if the pasta is added.
