Ingredients For summer seafood salad

  • 16 oz
    imitation crabmeat
  • 2
    celery ribs
  • 3 Tbsp
    red onion
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make summer seafood salad

    Separate imitation crab meat and cut into chunks. Place in large mixing bowl.

    Slice celery diagonally, about 1/8 inch thick. Finely chop red onion and add to bowl
  • 3
    Add mayonnaise, salt & pepper and mix well. Cover and chill thoroughly. Serve with lettuce and tomato, or in a pita pocket.

    You may also add 1 cup of cooked, cooled penne pasta to extend the dish. Mayonnaise may have to be increased by about 2 tbs if the pasta is added.
