1Heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir vegetables, ginger,pepper flakes and garlic. Cook stirring often, until barely tender( cover with lid and add a little water if using fresh vegetables- not necessary if using packaged frozen stir fry vegetables). Add sauces and crab and stir to combine.
Serve over cooked rice and soy sauce ,if desired.
2stir fry sauce- you can use either kind of sauce- or make your own.(from a bottle or sauce from a pouch of sauce).
You can also use frozen instead of fresh vegetables.
