Ingredients
- 4 firm fish filets like sole, bass, flounder, trout
- GINGER MARINADE
- 2 tablespoons rice wine or saki
- 1 1/2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- CILANTRO SAUCE
- 6 tablespoons chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
How To Make steamed fish with cilantro sauce

Step 1Mix the marinade ingredients together. Place the fish filets on plastic wrap pour the marinade over and rub through all filets. Wrap and place in fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Step 2Place fish in a steamer and steam for 8 to 10 minutes. Depending how thick the fish is.

Step 3While the fish is steaming. Add the sauce ingredients to a saucepan and cook until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat

Step 4Serve the steamed fish with the cilantro sauce
