spicy tuna on crispy fried rice planks
This recipe makes a great appetizer. The tuna is raw and you could grab some sushi rice at your local sushi place to make it super fast and easy.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups cooked sushi rice cooled.
- 8 ounces sushi grade tuna steaks minced
- 1/2 tablespoon chili crisp
- 3 green onions finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons kewpie mayo or regular mayo
- 2 tablespoons furikake seasoning
- peanut oil for frying
How To Make spicy tuna on crispy fried rice planks

Step 1On wax paper press the sushi rice out into a rectangle shape and make them into 2 inch by 2 inch square planks. Make sure the rice is stuck together tightly.

Step 2Mix the tuna, chili crisp, green onions and Mayo together. Set aside.

Step 3Place the oil in a skillet and fry the rice planks until browned all both side. Don't let the oil get too hot or the rice will pop. Keep a cover handy.

Step 4Top the crispy rice with a tablespoon of the Furikake. then top with the tuna mixture then top the tuna with the remaining Furikake.
