spicy tilapa
(1 RATING)
Ireally like Tilapa and my favorite way for it to be , is Spicy. When we go out to eat at Ruby Tuesdays I always order it. To me this is like the way they cook it. Just add some Mango Salsa and Rice pilaf, so good.
