Ingredients
- 4 salmon filets
- salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
How To Make spicy honey butter salmon

Step 1Remove the skin from the salmon. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the honey, vinegar, and soy sauce together and set aside.

Step 2Add a little oil to a cast iron pan. Add the salmon and cook 3 minutes. Turn the salmon over and push it to the side. Add the butter and baste the salmon for 2 more minutes.

Step 3Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside. Add the garlic and stir 30 seconds. Add the honey mixture and red pepper flakes. Cook about 5 minutes until thickened.

Step 4Add the salmon back to the pan and baste with the sauce. Serve.
