spicy crawfish dinner
This is spicy and filling. If you like crawfish, this is great. My spouse loves it and requests it often. Easy to prepare.

Ingredients
- 1 - 12 oz bag crawfish
- 1 1/4 cups washed, rice that has soaked in water a couple hours
- 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
- 1/2 - bell pepper chopped
- 1 - onion chopped
- 1-2 - stalks celery, diced
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon each black pepper, white pepper, salt and cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon cajun spice
How To Make spicy crawfish dinner

Step 1wash rice well, to make is less starchy while cooking,then I soak mine from morning until I prepare this dish.

Step 2in large casserole combine all ingredients,except craw fish, stirring spices thru well.

Step 3rinse craw fish and drain before adding to dish. stir in.

Step 4cover dish with foil

Step 5bake at 350 degrees for one hour, (may want to stir half way thru baking) make sure rise is done.

Step 6You can find crawfish in your suppermarket freezer along the shrimp area, I buy mine at walmart. they have two sizes, I buy the smaller one.
