Ingredients
- 2 small zucchini
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup pico de gallo
How To Make spiced tilapia with zucchini and carrot noodles

Step 1Trim the zucchini and carrot ends and use a spiralizer and spiral the vegetables. Set aside

Step 2Mix the cumin, salt, smoked paprika, pepper, and garlic powder. Sprinkle the mixture on both sides of the tilapia.

Step 3Add oil to a skillet. Cook the tilapia 3 minutes per side or until flaky. Remove and keep warm. In the same pan add the minced garlic and veggies. Cook until soften about 3 to 5 minutes. Serve the Pico de Gallo over the fish and the veggies on the side.
