How to Make SMOKED SALMON FILLET

Step-by-Step

  1. Place a 1 pound piece of fresh salmon fillet on a sheet of heavy foil cut to fit fillet;place on grill over charcoal arranged for indirect heat high above the coals. keep temperature low not over 275, cover the grill,and smoke add wood as needed for 2 hours. salt to taste
