This is super simple to make and will make it to your list of comfort food favorites. I use fresh baby bella mushrooms. I like panko instead of regular bread crumbs for that extra crunch, and cant forget the Manischewitz egg noodles. I find them to be the best. Ready in 35 minutes.

    manischewitz egg noodles
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
    frozen peas
  • 2 can(s)
    tuna
  • 1 c
    sliced bella mushrooms
  • 2 can(s)
    condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • To Taste
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    celery

How to Make Simple and Yummy Tuna Noodle Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Preheat oven to 425 F (220 C)
  3. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix noodles, onion 1 cup cheese, peas, tuna, soup, and mushrooms. Transfer to 9x13 baking dish, and top with the remaining cup of cheese and panko bread crumbs.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
