simple and yummy tuna noodle casserole
This is super simple to make and will make it to your list of comfort food favorites. I use fresh baby bella mushrooms. I like panko instead of regular bread crumbs for that extra crunch, and cant forget the Manischewitz egg noodles. I find them to be the best. Ready in 35 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 bag manischewitz egg noodles
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cans tuna
- 1 cup sliced bella mushrooms
- 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- To Taste - salt
- 1/2 cup celery
How To Make simple and yummy tuna noodle casserole

Step 1Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions.

Step 2Preheat oven to 425 F (220 C)

Step 3In a large bowl, thoroughly mix noodles, onion 1 cup cheese, peas, tuna, soup, and mushrooms. Transfer to 9x13 baking dish, and top with the remaining cup of cheese and panko bread crumbs.

Step 4Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
