Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp-peeled-deveined
- 10 ounces yellow rice-cooked
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 - onion-chopped
- 1/4 cup garlic-minced
- 10 ounces can rotel
- 10 ounces can cream of mushroom soup
- pinch salt & black pepper to taste
- couple - drops crab boil
How To Make shrimp & yellow rice

Step 1Preheat oven to 350'.

Step 2In a large saute' pan; heat butter over medium-high heat until melted. Add onions & garlic. Saute 3-5 minutes or until wilted. Add shrimp; cook 7-10 minutes until pink.Add Rotel, cream of mushroom soup, & crab boil. Mixing well. Bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer 7-10 minutes.

Step 3Season with salt & pepper to taste if desired.

Step 4In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp & sauce with the cooked yellow rice. Mix together well.

Step 5Pour into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish. Cover with foil. Cook 20 minutes. Uncover; cook 5 more minutes.
