Ingredients
- 2 pounds unpeeled large fresh shrimp
- 2 - green onions, sliced
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1 package cream cheese, cubed, 8 oz.
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Shredded swiss cheese, 2 oz
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 dash ground red pepper
- 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs (store bought)
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 12 ounces dried angel hair pasta

Step 1Peel shrimp. Devein in desired

Step 2Cook green onions in 3 Tbsp. butter in large skillet over medium heat til tender. Add shrimp. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or til shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally Remove shrimp with a slotted spoon

Step 3Add cream cheese and milk to skillet; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, til cheese melts. Stir in Swiss cheese and wine. Add shrimp and red pepper; cook, stirring constantly just til heated. Pour shrimp mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix breadcrumbs and 2 Tbsp. butter; sprinkle over casserole. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 3 to 5 minutes or til golden. serve shrimp mixture over hot cooked pasta. Makes 6 servings.
