Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - red onions diced
  • 1/2 cup - diced green pepper
  • 1/2 cup - diced celery
  • 1 - crushed bay leaf
  • 1 - pound frozen shrimp thawed
  • 1/4 cup - vegetable oil or shortening
  • 2 cup - instant rice
  • 2 cans - tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp - sugar
  • 2 tsp - salt

How To Make shrimp rice creole

  • Step 1
    saute onion, pepper,celery,bay leaf,and shrimp in oil for 5 min.add,rice tomato sauce and sugar and salt.bring to a boil. cover and simmer for 10 min.
