1Combine green peppers, red peppers, celery, onion and saute in a small amount of butter or cooking oil; until vegetables are tender.
2Ad shrimp, crab and eggs.
3Melt butter; stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add cream; cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.Add cheese, salt and pepper.
4Add sauce to shrimp mixture; turn into a 3 quart casserole.Sprinkle crumbs over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes now or you can make a few hours ahead, and heat in a 350 degrees oven until bubbly when needed.
