1In a large bowl, combine the ingredients for the marinade. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
2Preheat grill or oven to 350 degrees.
If griiling, place shrimp on skewers and grill for about ten minutes until shrimp are no longer transparent, turning once.
If baking, place in a baking pan with some marinade and bake for fifteen minutes, turning once until shrimp is no longer transparent.
3Can be served alone or over rice or hot buttered spaghetti.
