This recipe came from a nurse friend of mine that I worked with at Monroe Surgical Hospital. Thank you Sheryl for a delicious dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon louisiana hot sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 1/2 pounds shrimp, unpeeled
  • 2 - lemons, thinly sliced
  • 1 - onion, thinly sliced

How To Make shrimp bake

  • Step 1
    Combine first nine ingredients. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Rinse shrimp with cold water and drain well.
  • Step 3
    Layer shrimp, lemons, and onion in ungreased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Step 4
    Pour butter mixture over shrimp.
  • Step 5
    Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
  • Step 6
    Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink. Baste occasionally with pan juices.
