This recipe was shared by my sister-in- law Judy,who lives in Baton Rouge.It's very popular in that area of the country.Also so very easy to make.

Ingredients

  • large onion
  • small red pepper
  • small stick celery
  • small half green pepper
  • small yellow pepper
  • I # - frozen shrimp
  • I can - cream of shrimp soup

How To Make shrimp au to fee

  • Step 1
    Sauté in butter: 1large chopped onion...1/2 small red pepper,chopped large...1stick celery chopped small...1/2 small green pepper,chopped large...1/2 small yellow pepper,chopped large
  • Step 2
    then add:...1can cream of onion soup...1/2 tea.black pepper...1 lb peeled shrimp..1tea.garlic powder..dash cayenne pepper...1-2 tablespoon milk
  • Step 3
    simmer above mixture to make a thick gravy..serve over rice and enjoy!
