Ingredients

  • - 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • - 1/4 cup olive oil
  • - 1 can italian style peeled tomatoes, chopped, 28 oz
  • - 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • - 1 teaspoon oregano
  • - pepper to taste
  • - 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • - 1 pound shrimp, peeled and cleaned
  • - 5 oz. feta cheese, cubed, or more
  • - fettuccini or linguini

How To Make shrimp and feta sauce

  • Step 1
    Heat garlic in olive oil until it just begins to brown. Use a large skillet.
  • Step 2
    Add tomatoes, parsley, oregano, and pepper. Simmer until sauce is thick. Add olives, shrimp and feta cheese.
  • Step 3
    Cook until shrimp is done, about 15 minutes. Serve with fettuccini or linguini. Serves 4 to 6
