Ingredients
- 1 pound orange roughy filets
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons white wine, dry
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup almonds, slivered
How To Make seasoned orange roughy

Step 1In a 9 x 13-inch pan, melt butter in oven.

Step 2In a separate pan, combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, salt and garlic powder.

Step 3Dip fish in melted butter, then in crumb mixture.

Step 4Arrange coated fish in 9 x 13-inch pan.

Step 5Sprinkle with wine and lemon juice.

Step 6Sprinkle mushrooms and almonds on top.

Step 7Bake covered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
