  • 2 white fish filets
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • salt
  • Old Bay seasoning
  • SAUCE
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • small lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

How To Make seared whitefish with lemon butter sauce and herbs

  • Step 1
    Season the fish with salt and Old Bay. Add avocado oil to a skillet. Once hot, sear the fish for 5 minutes on each side.
  • Step 2
    In another pan, add the butter, garlic, lemon, and parsley. Cook for a couple of minutes.
  • Step 3
    Remove the fish to a serving plate and spoon the sauce over the top. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
