- 2 white fish filets
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- salt
- Old Bay seasoning
- SAUCE
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- small lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
How To Make seared whitefish with lemon butter sauce and herbs

Step 1Season the fish with salt and Old Bay. Add avocado oil to a skillet. Once hot, sear the fish for 5 minutes on each side.

Step 2In another pan, add the butter, garlic, lemon, and parsley. Cook for a couple of minutes.

Step 3Remove the fish to a serving plate and spoon the sauce over the top. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
