I like a quiche and since I like seafood I changed a quiche recipe I had and made this one which I have made many times.

Ingredients For seafood quiche

12 ozlump crab meat or 12 large shrimp chopped
-
10 sliceside bacon diced and fried crisp
-
1 cgrated cheddar cheese
-
3green onions fine chop
-
2 cmilk
-
1/2 cmayonnaise, light
-
19 inch pastry shell
-
salt and pepper to taste

4eggs
How To Make seafood quiche

1Preheat oven to 350F..mix together mayo, cheese and seasonings in a bowl.. beat eggs pour into bowl, add the bacon, crab, milk and onion mix until well combined..pour into pie shell.

2Bake for 40 minutes or until golden...a salad goes great with the quiche.
