I like to make a quiche once in a while and this is one of my favorites..you can use any seafood.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces crab or 2 cups chopped shrimp
- 12 slices side bacon fried crisp and crumbled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
- 4 - eggs whisked
- 3 - green onions chopped
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- - 9 inch pastry shell
How To Make seafood quiche

Step 1Preheat oven to 375F..line pie plate with pastry..chop shrimp..fry bacon until crisp.

Step 2Combine all ingredients in big bowl pour into pastry shell and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden and set...serve warm...
