Ingredients
- 2 pounds fish, scallops, clams, and shrimp
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 or 2 cloves, minced
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- TOPPING
- 1 - stack ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
How To Make seafood casserole

Step 1Saute celery and onions.

Step 2Warm soup and spices.

Step 3Prepare seafood into bite-sized chunks. Put into 2 qt. casserole dish.

Step 4Pour soup over seafood.

Step 5Bake for 20 mins. at 350.

Step 6Sprinkle crushed crackers on casserole and drizzle melted butter. Cook for additional 10 mins.
