Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fish, scallops, clams, and shrimp
  • 1 can cream of shrimp soup
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 or 2 cloves, minced
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • TOPPING
  • 1 - stack ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

How To Make seafood casserole

  • Step 1
    Saute celery and onions.
  • Step 2
    Warm soup and spices.
  • Step 3
    Prepare seafood into bite-sized chunks. Put into 2 qt. casserole dish.
  • Step 4
    Pour soup over seafood.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 20 mins. at 350.
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle crushed crackers on casserole and drizzle melted butter. Cook for additional 10 mins.
