Ingredients

2 lb
fish, scallops, clams, and shrimp
1 can(s)
cream of shrimp soup
1/2 c
celery
1/2 c
onion
1/2 tsp
garlic powder or 1 or 2 cloves, minced
1/4 to 1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
white pepper

TOPPING

1
stack ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c
butter, melted

How to Make Seafood Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Saute celery and onions.
  • 2Warm soup and spices.
  • 3Prepare seafood into bite-sized chunks. Put into 2 qt. casserole dish.
  • 4Pour soup over seafood.
  • 5Bake for 20 mins. at 350.
  • 6Sprinkle crushed crackers on casserole and drizzle melted butter. Cook for additional 10 mins.
