Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    fish, scallops, clams, and shrimp
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of shrimp soup
  • 1/2 c
    celery
  • 1/2 c
    onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder or 1 or 2 cloves, minced
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    white pepper
  • TOPPING

  • 1
    stack ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted

How to Make Seafood Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Saute celery and onions.
  2. Warm soup and spices.
  3. Prepare seafood into bite-sized chunks. Put into 2 qt. casserole dish.
  4. Pour soup over seafood.
  5. Bake for 20 mins. at 350.
  6. Sprinkle crushed crackers on casserole and drizzle melted butter. Cook for additional 10 mins.
  7. ENJOY!!!
