Ingredients
- 1 - envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 medium avocado finely chopped
- 1 medium avocado pureed
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- - dash of red pepper sauce
- 8 ounces crab meat chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 large green onion finely chopped
- - dash of red pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- - avocado and parsley
- - tortilla chips
How To Make seafood and avocado mold

Step 1Sprinkle gelatin on water in a saucepan. Let mi minute to soften. Cook over low heat until gelatin dissolves stirring constantly.

Step 2Combine chopped avocado, pureed avocado 1 tablespoon minced onion 2 tablespoons lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper sauce in a bowl mix well.

Step 3Stir in 2 tablespoons gelatin. Spoon into a 3 by7 springform pan. Chill covered for 30 minutes

Step 4Combine crab meat, sour cream, parsley, green onion, red pepper sauce, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 tablespoon gelatin in bowl mix well. Spread over avocado layer. chill covered for 30 minutes.

Step 5Combine sour cream, 2 tablespoons minced onions, and remaining gelatin in bowl mix well.

Step 6Spread over seafood layer. Chill covered for 8 hours or until set.

Step 7Remove sides of springform pan garnish with avocado and parsley. Serve with tortilla chips
