1envelope unflavored gelatin

1/4 ccold water

1 mediumavocado finely chopped

1 mediumavocado pureed

1 Tbspminced onion

2 Tbsplemon juice

2 Tbspmayonnaise

1/4 tspsalt

·dash of red pepper sauce

8 ozcrab meat chopped

1/2 csour cream

1/4 cchopped parsley

1 largegreen onion finely chopped

1 Tbsplemon juice

1/2 csour cream

2 Tbspminced onions

·avocado and parsley

·tortilla chips
How to Make SEAFOOD AND AVOCADO MOLD
- Sprinkle gelatin on water in a saucepan. Let mi minute to soften. Cook over low heat until gelatin dissolves stirring constantly.
- Combine chopped avocado, pureed avocado 1 tablespoon minced onion 2 tablespoons lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper sauce in a bowl mix well.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons gelatin. Spoon into a 3 by7 springform pan. Chill covered for 30 minutes
- Combine crab meat, sour cream, parsley, green onion, red pepper sauce, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 tablespoon gelatin in bowl mix well. Spread over avocado layer. chill covered for 30 minutes.
- Combine sour cream, 2 tablespoons minced onions, and remaining gelatin in bowl mix well.
- Spread over seafood layer. Chill covered for 8 hours or until set.
- Remove sides of springform pan garnish with avocado and parsley. Serve with tortilla chips
