Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon tamarind paste
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 4 sea bass filets skinless
- dark green parts of scallions, sliced
How To Make sea bass with tamarind sauce

Step 1Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2In a small bowl stir together the soy sauce, fish sauce, tamarind, brown sugar, chili garlic sauce, garlic, ginger, and 1/2 cup water. Set aside.

Step 3Place the fish in a baking dish and pour the tamarind mixture over the fish. Bake fish for about 6 minutes.

Step 4Remove the fish to a serving dish and stir the sauce. If the sauce is too thick add a little water. Serve over the fish and garnish with scallions.
