This is a delicious sea bass recipe.

Ingredients

  • 4 sea bass filets
  • salt and peper
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmigano-Reggiano
  • chives for garnish

How To Make sea bass in white wine butter

  • Step 1
    Turn on the broiler and position the rack in the middle of the oven. Place the stick of butter in a dish large enough to hold all the filets. Melt the butter in the broiler.
  • Step 2
    Season the fish with salt and pepper. Place in the pan and baste with the butter. Broil the filets for about 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn the filets.
  • Step 3
    Pour the wine and lemon juice over top of the filets. Sprinkle with the Parm. Pop back into the oven and broil for about 5 more minutes.
  • Step 4
    Remove from oven and baste with the butter and sprinkle with chives.
