Ingredients
- 4 sea bass filets
- salt and peper
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 lemon juiced
- 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmigano-Reggiano
- chives for garnish
How To Make sea bass in white wine butter

Step 1Turn on the broiler and position the rack in the middle of the oven. Place the stick of butter in a dish large enough to hold all the filets. Melt the butter in the broiler.

Step 2Season the fish with salt and pepper. Place in the pan and baste with the butter. Broil the filets for about 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn the filets.

Step 3Pour the wine and lemon juice over top of the filets. Sprinkle with the Parm. Pop back into the oven and broil for about 5 more minutes.

Step 4Remove from oven and baste with the butter and sprinkle with chives.
