Ingredients
- 1 - 9-inch pie shell, baked
- 3 - eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons minced green onions
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can (6 1/2 oz) salmon, drained and deboned
- SAUCE
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cucumber. finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dill weed, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
How To Make scandinavian salmon pie

Step 1Oven at 425. Beat eggs; add milk, butter, onion, parsley, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and mustard. Mix well.

Step 2Fold in cheese and salmon. Pour into cooled pie shell and bake for 20-25 minutes or until set and crust is golden.

Step 3Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Step 4Combine sauce ingredients; mix well. Serve this on side for each guest to use as desired.
