- - 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Step 1Heat margarine in large skillet and sauté shrimp until it begins to turn pink. Add garlic and green onion, sautéing for 1 minute longer. Add sherry, tomatoes, and seasoning. Cook about 5 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked and sauce has thickened slightly. Makes 4 servings. Scampi lovers will be attracted to this delicious dish. Great serve over rice.
