- 5 - garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound bay or sea scallops
- 3/4 cup slivered red peppers
- 3/4 cup slivered green peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce of your choice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
How To Make scallops in double pepper sauce

Step 1In a large skillet, heat the oil and add the garlic.

Step 2Cook until golden, about 1 minute.

Step 3Add the scallops, peppers, onion, hot sauce and salt.

Step 4Stirring constantly, cook for 5 minutes, or until the scallops turn white and the vegetables are crisp-tender.
