Ingredients

  • 1 pound scallops
  • 8 ounces lobster meat
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped
  • 3 - celery stalks, diced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 - green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup bread crumbs, buttered

How To Make scallop bubbly bake

  • Step 1
    Wipe scallops dry and lightly salt.
  • Step 2
    Saute vegetables; place in a greased casserole.
  • Step 3
    Cover with soup, top with buttered bread crumbs, and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
