- 8 ounces lobster meat
- 1 - onion, finely chopped
- 3 - celery stalks, diced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 - green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup bread crumbs, buttered

Step 1Wipe scallops dry and lightly salt.

Step 2Saute vegetables; place in a greased casserole.

Step 3Cover with soup, top with buttered bread crumbs, and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
