I happen to buy salmon fillets, My daughter requested Salmon Burgers...So what's a Mom to do? exactly!!

  • 1/2 pound salmon, skinless filet
  • 1 tablespoon green peppers, diced
  • 1 tablespoon red peppers, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1 - egg, slighty beaten
  • 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

How To Make savory salmon burger

  • Step 1
    In a food processor pulse the salmon filet a few pulses.
  • Step 2
    in a bowl combine all other ingredients.
  • Step 3
    then gently fold in the salmon
  • Step 4
    refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  • Step 5
    form patties and fry in olive oil 2 mins per side.
