Ingredients
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 pounds flounder or sole fillets, fresh or frozen
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary, bruised
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or vegetable broth
How To Make savory baked fish

Step 1Sprinkle celery and shallow baking pan pop. Arrange fish over celery, slightly overlapping. Sprinkle with salt Roseberry pepper and pepper pickup. Top with tomato and onion. Add wine.

Step 2Bake in preheated oven 325°F for 25 minutes or until fish flakes.
