Ingredients
- 1/2 large onion
- 1.5 - bell peppers
- 2 ounces butter
- 16 ounces sea scallops
- 2 - jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup white wine, dry
- - "just a pinch" of garlic
- - "just a pinch" of salt
- - "just a pinch" of chili powder
How To Make sauteed scallops with feta

Step 1Saute onion, bell peppers, jalepenos and sea scallops in butter until soft.

Step 2Add 1/2 cup of white wine and steam.

Step 3Cover for 45 seconds.

Step 4Sprinkle with mozzarella and feta.

Step 5Add pinches of garlic, salt and chili powder and let simmer until cheeses melt.

Step 6Serve over rice.
