Ingredients

  • 1/2 large onion
  • 1.5 - bell peppers
  • 2 ounces butter
  • 16 ounces sea scallops
  • 2 - jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup white wine, dry
  • - "just a pinch" of garlic
  • - "just a pinch" of salt
  • - "just a pinch" of chili powder

How To Make sauteed scallops with feta

  • Step 1
    Saute onion, bell peppers, jalepenos and sea scallops in butter until soft.
  • Step 2
    Add 1/2 cup of white wine and steam.
  • Step 3
    Cover for 45 seconds.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle with mozzarella and feta.
  • Step 5
    Add pinches of garlic, salt and chili powder and let simmer until cheeses melt.
  • Step 6
    Serve over rice.
