This can be served as main dish or served over noodles or rice. I live on a lake and fishing is a big deal here, so I had to come up with many recipes to use fish. We have crappie, bream, and catfish.

- 6 - crappie filets
- - lemon juice concentrate
- - lemon pepper
- - garlic powder
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- - paprika
How To Make saucey cheesy crappie fish casserole

Step 1Line bottom of casserole dish with Crappie Filets (Can be cut into bitesize piceces)Sprinkle with lemon juice lemon pepper seasoning, and garlic salt.

Step 2Pour Cream of Mushroom soup evenly on filets. Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle paprika on top.

Step 3Bake in a preheated oven @ 325 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
