Ingredients
- DRESSING
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 teaspoons grapeseed oil
- 4 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- SALAD
- 2 cups arugula
- 1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 cup carrots julienned
- 2 sushi grade tuna steaks sliced
- fresh basil for garnish
How To Make sashimi salad

Step 1Make the dressing Mix all ingredients together and set aside. Next time I make this dressing I am going to use a food processor.

Step 2Divide the arugula among 4 plates. Divide the bean sprouts among the 4 plates. Slice the tuna very thinly and divide among the 4 plates. Top with Basil

Step 3Drizzle the dressing over the plate. Enjoy
