This salad is so bright and beautiful. The tuna melts in your mouth and the dressing is amazing.

Ingredients

  • DRESSING
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 teaspoons grapeseed oil
  • 4 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • SALAD
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
  • 1 cup carrots julienned
  • 2 sushi grade tuna steaks sliced
  • fresh basil for garnish

How To Make sashimi salad

  • Step 1
    Make the dressing Mix all ingredients together and set aside. Next time I make this dressing I am going to use a food processor.
  • Step 2
    Divide the arugula among 4 plates. Divide the bean sprouts among the 4 plates. Slice the tuna very thinly and divide among the 4 plates. Top with Basil
  • Step 3
    Drizzle the dressing over the plate. Enjoy
