sandy's salmon patties
(1 RATING)
These are great with ketchup! If you don't like it spicy, you can omit the jalapeno pepper and the hot sauce. Also you don't need much salt as the salmon has alot of salt already in it.

How To Make sandy's salmon patties
-
Step 1Chop peppers and onions in food chopper until very finely chopped.
-
Step 2Put salmon in bowl, mix well with fork.
-
Step 3Add all other ingredients and mix well.
-
Step 4Shape by hand into patties.
-
Step 5Heat about 1 inch of oil in heavy skillet (cast iron if you have it) on low to medium heat. I like to use a mixture of EVOO and Canola oil. Fry in hot oil for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Be careful to not let your oil get too hot.
-
Step 6Drain patties on paper towels. Enjoy!
