This is such a great combination of flavors. I like to serve with rice and steamed carrots or broccoli.

  • 1/4 c
    melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
  • 1/4 c
    dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 c
    walnuts or pecans finely chopped
  • 4 tsp
    fresh parsley chopped (can use dried)
  • 4-4 oz
    salmon fillets
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 Tbsp

How to Make Salmon with Honey, Butter, Walnuts and Mustard


  1. Preheat oven to 400. Line a shallow roasting pan with non stick foil or spray with non stick spray.
    In small bowl blend butter, mustard and honey. Set aside. In another bowl, mix bread crumbs, nuts and parsley.
    Place salmon on prepared pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper and b rush with honey mixture. Sprinkle tops with crumb mixture, press into salmon firmly. Bake 12-15 mins.
