We love Salmon and I serve it many different ways but this is very easy and tasty and one of my favorites.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup chives
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 3 tablespoons white wine
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 - salmon fillets (individual sizes)
How To Make salmon with dill sauce

Step 1Mix first 6 ingredients

Step 2Broil Salmon, brush with sauce and turn. Brush with more sauce until Salmon is done. Serve with any left over sauce

Step 3I like to serve this with a baked potato and either a vegetable or salad.

Step 4NOTE: I usually buy a package of Salmons (4 in a pack). If you have Salmon with the skin on, just put a little water in a skillet and place Salmon in pan, skin down for 20 seconds or so. Remove from pan and with a little pull, skin will come off.
