Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 3 - green onion fine chopped
- 1/4 cup pickled ginger or fresh grated ginger 1 tbsp
- 1 - firm avocado diced
- 6 - grape tomatoes cut into 4 pieces
- 1/2 - fresh or canned pineapple chopped
- 4 - salmon fillets about 720g
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- - sea salt and pepper to taste
How To Make salmon with avocado salsa

Step 1Place oven rack in upper 1/3 of oven preheat broiler to 500F..line a large rimmed baking pan with foil. lightly coat the foil with butter.

Step 2Stir yogurt with onion, ginger, avocado, tomatoes and pineapple...brush fish with oil and sprinkle with a little saltand fresh ground pepper..place fish skin side down on pan...

Step 3Broil fish until a knife tip inserted into deepest part of fish comes out warm 10 to 12 minutes...remove from pan and place on platter with several slices of lemon added to pan around the fish...serve with the salsa
