Ingredients

  • 2 cans red salmon, canned
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1/2 package hash brown potatoes, frozen
  • 1 can carnation milk
  • 1 can water

How To Make salmon stew

  • Step 1
    Melt Butter in a large stock pot. De bone and skin Salmon. Add to the stock pot, using liquid as well. Add onions and 1 can of water. simmer a few minutes then add your hashbrowns. pour in carnation milk and let simmer until potatoes are done and onions are clear. Salt and pepper to taste.
