  • 10 medium potatoes - russet, idaho or golden
  • 2 medium onions or 1 large
  • 1 small can of tomatoe paste
  • 1 bunch kale -if desired
  • 1 - salt, pepper, white pepper to taste

How To Make salmon stew

  • Step 1
Put alittle (couple teaspoons) of oil - olive, corn or whatever you prefer in bottom of dutch oven. Saute chopped onions in oil.
  • Step 2
Slice potatoes (not to thin as they will fall apart) Add to onnion. Remove bone and skin from salmon, flake and add to pot. Add salt, peppers and enough water to cover potatoes. Add tomatoe paste and stir until dissolved. Cook until potatoes are almost done.
  • Step 3
I like to clean - remove stems and chop my kale and add it last. Cook until kale and potatoes are done. Enjoy
