Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soy sauce, divided
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon orange juice
- 12 slices sushi grade salmon, thin slices
- 1 piece ginger, 1 inch, sliced very thin
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 2 cups garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
How To Make salmon sashimi with hot sesame oil

Step 1In a small bowl, mix 2 Tbsp soy sauce with the lime and orange juice.

Step 2Place the remaining soy sauce in a dish, and add the salmon pieces. Let it sit 1 minute, then drain.

Step 3Arrange 3 slices on each plate, then top with the ginger, chives, and garlic.

Step 4In a small saucepan, add the olive oil and sesame oil until smoking.

Step 5Drizzle the hot oil over the salmon.
