  • 1 piece ginger, 1 inch, sliced very thin
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • 2 cups garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

How To Make salmon sashimi with hot sesame oil

  • Step 1
    In a small bowl, mix 2 Tbsp soy sauce with the lime and orange juice.
  • Step 2
    Place the remaining soy sauce in a dish, and add the salmon pieces. Let it sit 1 minute, then drain.

    Arrange 3 slices on each plate, then top with the ginger, chives, and garlic.

    In a small saucepan, add the olive oil and sesame oil until smoking.
