Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 pounds skinless salmon, cut into small cubes
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 1/4 cup red onion, small dice
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons furikake seasoning
- 1 teaspoon chili crisp
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 4 large romain lettuce leaves
- 4 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts
How To Make salmon poke

Step 1In a large bowl add the soy sauce, sugar with a tablespoon of water and stir to dissolve the sugar.

Step 2Add the salmon, avocado, red onion, green onion, mirin, furikake, lime juice, ginger chili crisp and sesame oil.

Step 3Place in the fridge for 4 hours.

Step 4Serve in a large romaine lettuce leaf and top with Hazelnuts.
