Salmon Patty Cakes
1/4 cred bell pepper
1/4 cgreen onions
1 Tbsplemon juice
1/4 tspseasoning salt
1 dash(es)cayenne pepper (more or less for taste)
1 pkgsalmon 6 oz
1 cbread crumbs
How to Make Salmon Patty Cakes
- Finely chop red pepper and green onion. Put both in a mixing bowl and add mayonnaise, lemon juice, seasoned salt and cayenne pepper. Stir.
- Stir in beaten egg, salmon and 4 tablespoons bread crumbs.
- Form 6-8 balls, roll balls in remaining bread crumbs and flatten.
