Ingredients
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 dash cayenne pepper (more or less for taste)
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1 package salmon 6 oz
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons butter
How To Make salmon patty cakes

Step 1Finely chop red pepper and green onion. Put both in a mixing bowl and add mayonnaise, lemon juice, seasoned salt and cayenne pepper. Stir.

Step 2Stir in beaten egg, salmon and 4 tablespoons bread crumbs.

Step 3Form 6-8 balls, roll balls in remaining bread crumbs and flatten.

Step 4Heat butter in a frying pan and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. About 5 minutes per side.
