I found this recipe on a can of Pink Salmon that I bought one day. It is now the only way I make my Salmon Patties.

Ingredients
- 1 can (14.75 oz.) pink salmon
- 2 - whole eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
How To Make salmon patties

Step 1Drain salmon, discard skin and bones. Combine ingredients adding the flour last. Mix well. Form into patties. Pan-fry in vegetable oil until patties are medium brown on both sides.
