Growing up, my mother would fix salmon patties at least once a week. It was one of my favorite meals. She would usually have salmon patties with potatoes and onions and field peas...It was so good. I make them for my family and they love them

  • 1 can(s)
    pink salmon, drained and deboned
  • 1 small
    onion, minced (optional)
  • 2 large
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs, italian seasoned
  • 10
    saltine crackers
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp

How to Make Salmon Patties


  1. Mix all ingredients by hand. Shape into patties. Add enough oil to frying pan to cover bottom. Cook until nice and brown on both sides.
