Ingredients
- 1 can pink salmon, drained and deboned
- 1 small onion, minced (optional)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, italian seasoned
- 10 - saltine crackers
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make salmon patties

Step 1Mix all ingredients by hand. Shape into patties. Add enough oil to frying pan to cover bottom. Cook until nice and brown on both sides.
