Ingredients For salmon patties

1large egg, beaten

1/4 cmilk

1 cdiced onion

1 Tbspdill, optional

1/4 tspblack pepper

114 3/4 ounce canned salmon, drained and flaked, and skin and bones removed

1/4 cbread crumbs

1 Tbspcooking oil
How To Make salmon patties

1In a medium bowl, combine the egg, milk, onion, dill (optional) and pepper. Form mixture into patties 1/2 inch thick.

2In a large skillet, cook patties in hot oil over medium-low heat for about 6 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.

3Serve with Honey Mustard sauce or Tarter sauce. For Honey Mustard sauce, in a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing and 1 tablespoon of honey mustard. Cover and chill until serving time.
