Ingredients
- 1 - large egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 tablespoon dill, optional
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 - 14 3/4 ounce canned salmon, drained and flaked, and skin and bones removed
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
How To Make salmon patties

Step 1In a medium bowl, combine the egg, milk, onion, dill (optional) and pepper. Form mixture into patties 1/2 inch thick.

Step 2In a large skillet, cook patties in hot oil over medium-low heat for about 6 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.

Step 3Serve with Honey Mustard sauce or Tarter sauce. For Honey Mustard sauce, in a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing and 1 tablespoon of honey mustard. Cover and chill until serving time.
